| 105 booked for COVID SOPs violation, imposed fine of Rs 52,500 | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, July 30: Continuing its crackdown on violators of COVID Appropriate Behavior (CAB), Samba Police today in a joint drive with District Civil Administration booked 105 persons across the District Samba and imposed a fine amounting to ₹ 52,500/- on them.
In order to enforce COVID SOPs and to ensure that the people of District Samba follow COVID Appropriate Behavior (CAB), the various joint teams of Samba Police & District Civil Administration booked 105 persons for not wearing face masks, not maintaining social distancing and for spitting in public places.
Samba Police appeals to all its citizens to follow COVID guidelines, maintain social distancing, wear face mask and avoid unnecessary travel.
