| Traffic disrupted after rice cookers found on Srinagar-Gulmarg road | | |

SRINAGAR, Aug 2: Traffic on Srinagar-Gulmarg road was suspended after rice cookers were found in suspicious circumstance on Monday, official sources said.
They said panic gripped when four rice cookers were found in suspicious circumstances at Agrikalan on the Gulmarg road this morning. Traffic on the road was suspended and Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) summoned.
Later BDS checked the cooker and found them empty and traffic was resumed on the road.
Police said apparently the rice cookers seem to be stolen property abandoned by thieves.
Further investigation has been taken up, police said. |
