| DC Samba sanctions 36 Ladli Beti cases | | |

SAMBA, Aug 3: Deputy Commissioner Samba, Anuradha Gupta today sanctioned 36 Ladli Beti cases of ICDS Project Ghagwal, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that sanctioning of Ladli Beti cases are being expedited in the district to meet the objective of negating disparity among boys and girls in the society, besides ensuring no pendency in beneficiary oriented schemes.
Bringing fast track approach to sanctioning Ladli Beti case will also create true empowerment of women that too from cradle, added the DC Samba.
District Programme Officer Samba Anu Behl, Chief Medical Officer Samba and District Social Welfare Officer Samba were also present on the occasion. |
