| Honzar cloudburst: Rescue operation continues on day 7 without any success | | |

Kishtwar, Aug 3: The rescue operation in cloudburst hit Honzar village of Dachhan Tehsil in Kishtwar District today continued on day 7th— but without any success.As per the details available with Early Times, teams of Jammu and Kashmir Police, NDRF, SDRF, civilians and other volunteers continue to search for the missing 19 persons, but no dead body has been recovered so far.
Speaking to Early Times, senior officials said that they have divided the manpower into groups and are clearing the debris block wise. He said that each group has been given a particular area to clear from debris added that we have found several dead corpses of animals— but no human body was found in last six days of the ongoing search operation. He said that the search operation will remain continue till the area will not be cleared from all the debris.
“We are hopeful to find the dead bodies of the missing persons— our jawans are trying their best” said the officer added that the rescuer yesterday find hen alive from the debris— further added that though chances of survival are bleak— but miracles do happen.
