| GDC Thannamandi organizes Patriotic Song Competition | | |

RAJOURI, Aug 9: As a part of the programme "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsava" to celebrate the 75th year of Independence, the NSS unit of Govt. Degree College, Thannamandi organized a patriotic song competition under the patronage of Principal of the college Prof.(Dr.) Javaid Ahmed Qazi.
Dr. Shoket Ali, HOD Urdu, Waqar Ahmed, Librarian and Prof. Tahir Nadeem, HOD Applied Mathematics were judges of the competition. Miss Sobia Koser of semester 2nd clinched 1st prize, 2nd prize was won by Sana Firdous of 6th Semester and 3rd prize was shared by Chashma Firdous of 6th semester and Insha Shakeel of 4th semester. The program was presided over by Dr. Nahim-Un-Nisa, the NSS programme Officer of the college. |
