| Plantation drive held at Khour | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 9: Department of horticulture Khour carried out ultra high density plantation of mango cv Alphanso and Kesar in Khour block in presence of ex vice chairman Kisan advisory board Daljeet Singh.
Daljeet Singh appreciated the efforts of the department in launching the ultra high density scheme in Jammu division also as it was earlier being confined to Kashmir division so that the farmers of this region can be benefited especially those having very less land holdings which will add to the income of the farmers by planting 50 mango cultivars per kanal of land. |
