| GDC RS Pura organizes poetry recitation competition | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 9: 2 J&K Girls BN NCC of GDC, R.S. Pura organized an Online Poetry Recitation Competition in ongoing celebration of AZADI SAPTAH under "Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav" under the guidance of Principal of the College Dr. G.S. Rakwal and supervision of Lt. Shaveta Chowdhary, ANO. A total of 20 Girl NCC Cadets participated in the online poetry competition. The cadets recited beautiful patriotic poems on the theme 75th Year of Independence. The first prize was bagged by Cadet Manu Sharma of Semester IV. The second prize was bagged by Cadet Ekta Chib of Semester II whereas third prize went to Cadet Muskan Bhagat of Semster II. To motivate and appreciate the efforts of students, two consolation prizes were also given, one to Cadet Diksha and other to Cadet Mahima. |
