| GDC Vijaypur organizes cleanliness drive | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Aug 9: NSS Unit (Khidmat) of GDC Vijaypur , organized cleaniness drive of the Campus under the programme " Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav".
NSS volunteers cleaned the campus and raised slogans thereby inspiring and motivating other students to keep campus clean. The cleanliness drive was launched by Dr. Sangeeta Sudan, Principal of the College. She said that students are the real ambassadors and should motivate others to keep their homes, School, College and surroundings clean as cleanliness is next to godliness.
The staff and students took a Swatchta Pledge and promised to abide by it. The whole event was co-ordinated by Dr. Sunil Kumar Mangoch (NSS P.O). The staff members who participated in the event were Dr. Kuldeep Singh, Prof. Anil Bhagat, Vikas Malmotra, Anil Kumar, Rameshwar Singh Sambyal and Balwinder Kumar. |
