Corporator dedicates culverts, lane, drains to public | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Aug 19: Gurmeet Kour Randhawa, Corporator Ward 69 of Sainik Colony, dedicated the works worth Rs 7 lakhs of lane, drain and culvert to the public. The residents applauded the efforts of the coroprator in materialising their demands and ensuring better amenities for the residents. The councillor said that the she is guided by BJPagenda of "Sabkaa Sath, Sabka Vikas and SabkaVishvaas". She will leave no stone unturned to ensure development of the Colony. She assured the residents that works of the improvement of the colony are taken with various deptts. During the first half of the financial year, the works worth lakhs have been executed in my ward. It includes drains, roads, beautification of parks, tiling, culvert etc. Steady pace of work was ensured despite lockdowns due to COVID-19. The prominent residents present during the occasion are Dev Choudhary,Gagan Singh Dutta, Ravi Sharma, Narinder Singh, Jagjeet Singh, Kewal, Parminder Singh, Inderjeet Kour, Mohit, Thoru Ram, Shashi and others. |
