JAMMU, Aug 30: On the auspicious occasion of Shri Krishna Janmashtami, Harman Cultural & Educational Society, Upper Gadi Garh, Jammu, organized a colourful programme.
Suneel Mahajan, President, J&K Athletics Association, was chief guest, along with Secretary, BJP, J&K, Rekha Mahajan.
Tajinder Singh, President, Harman Cultural & Educational Society, Gurvinder Kour, S.Hardev Singh, Deputy Commandant, BSF, Jammu Frontier, Ranjeet Singh, ASI, BSF, 36 Battalion and Rajesh were prominent among those who graced the occasion.
Suneel Mahajan highlighted the significance of this blissful day, stressing on the relevance of Lord Krishna's teaching with regard to the present situation. Later, Suneel also inaugurated the multipurpose office for sports activities in the Harman Complex
S.Hardev Singh Reen, in his address, said that these holy occasions bring people together and signify unity and faith. He praised the performance of children and wished them good luck for their success in future. |
