| Awareness camp under PMKUSAM scheme organised | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 1: Agriculture Department Mandal Zone organised a well managed awareness programme under PMKUSAM Scheme with the assistance of former Panch Kehar Lal at village Panotray Chak. Bimla Devi Panch was the Chief Guest at this occasion. Panchayat Officer Shakti Sharma AEA, Meenakshi Bharti and Sonika Gupta both JAEO,Parveen Kour and Sanjeet Kour AEA from the Department were present. They gave detailed information about the PMKUSAM Scheme to the farmers who were in large number present at this occasion Under this scheme Solar Irrigation Pumps are given to the farmers on 80% subsidy.Other knowledge, modern techniques about farming were also told by the staff members of Agriculture Department present in the function. Soil Health Card to 13 farmers were also given at this time. |
