Congress, its allies working on hollow slogans: Sat

JAMMU, Sept 10: During the weekly routine sittings of Former Minister and Ex MLA Jammu West Sat Sharma (CA) at District BJP headquarters, Kachi Chawni numerous deputations called upon him and sought his immediate intervention in solving their grievances. District President Munish Khajuria, District General Secretary Rajesh Gupta and Mandal Presidents Raveesh Mengi and Keshav Chopra, Office Secretary Raman Sharma also accompanied the BJP leader.
Deputations hailing from various wards of Janipur and Talab Tillo and from other areas highlighted their problems in front of the Former MLA. Corporators Yash Pal Sharma, Suneet Raina, Sunita Gupta and Dinesh Gupta also led several deputations which apprised the Former MLA Jammu West of their problems.
Speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma said that a fruitful discussion was held with the people who have brought some issues into his notice that require immediate attention. He said many deputations from various wards of Jammu West also highlighted the problems of taking up some works of immediate importance for which the grievance has been passed to the concerned departments including PWD and JMC who have assured that the problems will be resolved as soon as possible. Several other deputations also met the BJP leader who sought his intervention in taking up the issues of youth with the LG administration, he said. He also stated that dozens of women also reached out to the public sittings and asked him to intervene in releasing pending pension cases. Sharma also stated that BJP under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi is the only party in Jammu and Kashmir who is reaching out to masses and is not like Congress and its allies who are working on hollow slogans, he added.
Munish Khajuria said that on directions of party leadership every Friday, our elected representative will sit in District headquarters and will listen to public grievances and continuing this event this will continue and if anyone from anywhere has any sort of grievance can come to District headquarters, Kachi Chawni for solving their problems.
