| Advocate Purnima Sharma kick starts development works | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 11: Advocate Purnima Sharma, Deputy Mayor in the presence of Corporator Mohi-ud-Din Choudhary kick started the developmental work in ward 6 by laying the foundation stone for the construction of lane and drain at Babe Walli Gali in Jammu East ward 6. Speaking on the occasion, Advocate Sharma said that the developmental works were delayed due to the corona virus pandemic and lockdowns but now everything is back on track and the developmental work are being started and completed at a good pace for the welfare of the general public.
"It was an old requirement of the locals of babe walli galli as the old drain was damaged and open due to which it was causing trouble to the residents of the area. Taking this in account, development work worth of 3.70 lakhs was approved for the construction of drain and lane at babe walli galli in ward 6", she added. |
