Outreach Programme: 5 Union Minister reaching Srinagar on September 13 | | | Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Sept 11: As a part of outreach programme, a group of five Union ministers are reaching Srinagar on September 13 to visit different developmental projects besides meet members of Panahcyat Raj Institutions (PRI) and all stakeholders associated with tourism industry. About half a dozen Union ministers, including Agriculture minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Minister of State for Defence and Tourism, Ajay Bhatt visited the Kashmir valley. Around 70 ministers are scheduled to visit the Union Territory in the coming days. For the smooth tour of ministers, the Deputy Commissioner (DC), Srinagar Aijaz Asad enjoined upon the of officers of all the departments to work in coordinated manner and ensure all necessary arrangements are made well in advance so that tour of all 5 Union Ministers culminates smoothly and the purpose of their visit is served. He asked the officers of the Jal Shakti department to ensure all necessary arrangements at all the sites where Union Ministers are scheduled to visit. The Rural Development Department was asked to make all preparations about meeting of PRI members and the public with Union Ministers.
