AKHNOOR, Sept 11: A National Lok Adalat was organized in the premises of Munsiff Court Akhnoor under the chairmanship of Chairman Tehsil Legal Services Committee, Akhnoor Himani Parihar.
15 criminal cases were taken up and 14 were disposed off. Eight civil cases were taken up and six were disposed off. 748 traffic challans were taken up and disposed off. An amount of Rs. 4, 68,600 was realized on the spot. 776 cases were disposed off during the National Lok Adalat. Besides litigants, Bar Association Committee Members, Prosecution and Para Legal Volunteers were also present. |
