Premier institutions chose the online medium as soon as the lockdown started in 2020 After the initial glitches. online teaching has become a way of life for both students and faculty. One could not allow education to take a back seat despite challenges thrown at us by the pandemic. Even practical lessons took place on the online platform. They worked out a way so that students do not lose out on education because of the pandemic. It is a matter of their lives and their careers.
While hospitality is a service-oriented industry. the nature is rapidly changing and the digital interface is increasingly becoming important.
