| Accused of rape attempt arrested | | |

RAJOURI, Sept 16: Police Station Mahore registered a FIR in attempt to rape and arrested accused within 24 hours of commission of crime. One Noor Hussain son of Bag Hussain resident of Dogiyan Mahore lodged a written report in Police Station Mahore that his daughter (name withheld) went to nearby jungle for fetching of green fodder for cattle along with her maternal uncle namely Saiyan son of Dulaa Caste Gujjar resident Dogiyan Tehsil Mahore. Finding the girl in isolated place he committed molestation and attempt to rape upon the innocent girl, the daughter of complainant.
On this Case FIR no. 71/2021 US 341, 376, 511 IPC stand registered in Police Station Mahore and investigation set in. During the course of investigation Police team visited the scene of crime, medical examination of the victim conducted by doctor, circumstantial evidences collected from the spot and accused Saiyan who was trying to escaped is chased & arrested immediately. The said accused is a bad character and morally corrupt person of the area. |
