JAMMU, Sept 16: S Balvinder Singh RTI along with veteran hockey players & hockey lovers S Waryam Singh, S Janak Singh, S Iqbal Singh, S Rajinder Singh Sudan, S P.P Singh, S Beant Singh, Mahesh Kotwal, S Manmohan Singh appreciated the circular issued by J&K Sports Council, with the approval of Hon'ble LG JK UT Sh Manoj Sinha, for streamlining the functioning of sports Associations & implementation of additional guidelines expecting a meaning full reforms which can improve the functioning of sports Associations in JKUT.
The players said that some of the associations are functioning with the same heads & associations are running from the same address for the last about twenty five years, it smells a lot & is enough to understand that the system of elections is totally grabbed & monopolized , resulting a dismal performance of sports associations. |
