| COVID vaccination organized at GDC Bishnah | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 16: The NSS Unit of GDC Bishnah in collaboration with SDH Bishnah organized a Vaccination Drive for students against COVID-19 in the college premises. In the second phase of vaccination 52 jabs of Covishield vaccine were administered to the students and staff . After the administration of COVID-19 Vaccine, the students were made to sit in the observation hall for half an hour. The students enthusiastically participated in the Vaccination Drive. The Vaccination Drive was inaugurated by Dr. Anuradha Pandoh, Principal of the college and BMO, SDH Bishnah. On the occasion, Dr. Rakesh Pangotra, BMO SDH Bishnah appreciated the enthusiasm of students for the vaccination and emphasized on them to motivate other to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Dr. Anuradha Pandoh, principal of the college impressed upon the students that even after getting Vaccinated Covid Appropriate Behaviour is essential to curb the spread of COVID-19. The remaining unvaccinated students of the college shall be vaccinated in the subsequent phases of Vaccination drive against COVID-19 to be organized in the college shortly. The entire drive was co-ordinated by Prof. Amit Kumar Sharma, NSS Programme officer. |
