| ICDS Project Marh organizes awareness programme on Poshan Maah | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Sept 16: An awareness programme regarding Poshan Maah 2021 was organized by ICDS Project Marh under the overall supervision and guidance of CDPO Marh Shalini Gupta. Deputy Director, ICDS Jammu Tina Mahajan (Nodal officer Poshan Abhiyaan, Jammu) was present as Guest of Honour.
The BDC Marh Surinder Kumar was the Chief Guest on the occasion and SDM Marh Nasir Ali was present as special invitee. Speaking on the occasion Tina Gupta Deputy Director, ICDS, Jammu, Surinder Kumar BDC Chairman Marh stressed upon the need of Healthy Nutrition, Personal hygiene and COVID appropriate behavior in order to fight against the menace of Malnutrition. A recipe competition was organized on the occasion and prizes were distributed among the winner of said competition. Moreover, Nutrition kits were also distributed among the Pregnant Ladies of ICDS Project Marh by worthy guest of honour and Chief Guest. More who were present on the occasion were Supervisor Monika Shorma, Dr. Rimpy ICDS deptt., Supervisors of ICDS Project Marh, Kasturi Lal (Sr. Asstt.) Marh and Dalvinder Singh (hnm) Marh. The Function was concluded by the vote of thanks by Shalini Gupta CDPO Marh. |
