| Samba Congress anguished over rising prices of essentials | | |  Early Times Report
SAMBA, Sept 22: A meeting of the workers under the convenership of President, District Congress Committee, Samba, Sanjeev Sharma, was convened at the Rajpura Block, where in all present including the office bearers of the Block Congress Committee, expressed their concern and resentment on the anti people policies especially the farmers by the present dispensation. The people who were present said that the sky rocketing prices and making corporate houses more and more rich at the cost of a common man, was a phenomenon which was never witnessed in the country in the last 70 years. The people said that they will launch a campaign so that their genuine grievances reach the government and the prices of food items, diesel and petrol, cooking gas, construction items and plastic ware will come down. |
