JKTF urges LG for immediate release of HRA | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Sept 24: Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) appealed L.G Jammu and Kashmir for early release of HRA on revised rates. Ganesh Khajuria worthy Chairman JKTF and Senior leader Employees Joint Action Committee appealed Hon'ble L.G Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha ji to Release H.R.A on revised rates as per seventh pay commission guidelines. There is a clear cut instruction in seventh pay commission that whenever the D.A will exceed twenty five percent the HRA will automatically be enhanced to 27%,18% and 9% from existing rate of 24%, 16% and 8% in X, Y and Z class of cities respectively. But the employees community of J&K U.T is deprived of their legitimate right despite the fact that their counterparts in the central Government services and in the other UTs have been paid the enhanced HRA and the employees of J&K UT are still awaiting for the same in spite of clear guidelines employees of Jammu Kashmir UT are recieving their salaries with HRA 16% and 8%. Ganesh Khajuria appealed UT Government headed by Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor Sh Manoj Sinha ji to issue formal order in this regard to implement the seventh pay commission decision of hike in H.R.A in favor of employees serving under UT Government. |
