| District Jammu Taekwondo Championships held | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Sept 25: Third day of District Jammu Taekwondo Championships held today at Brahman Pratinidhi Sabha Parade Jammu. The championship is being organized by District Jammu Taekwondo Association under the aegis of J&K Taekwondo Association (Regd).
Junior and Senior Age Class competition held in respective weight categories on third day. Both male and female participants competed. The competition went on craze as both of the Junior and Senior players showcased amazing Taekwondo skills. The main motive behind the said event was to empower the youth in general. There was no entry fee for Para, Orphan and Refugee Athlete’s.
On the closing of second day Shri Subhash Sashtri (President NMC) presided as Chief Guest while as Mohd Asif (President, RWA Delhi) joined as Guest of Honour.
Ramesh Chandra Sharma (Manager BS) graced the occasion as special guest.
The event is being held under the supervision of Master Atul Pangotra (PET Youth Services & Sports) currently deputed in JKSC. |
