| Illegal mining continues in Sunderbani | | |  Ajay Sharma

SUNDERBANI, Sept 25: Unscrupulous elements are busy in illegal mining in under municipality ward number 13 near Shamshaan Ghat Sunderbani despite the movement of vehicles (JCB) has been restricted.
Sources said that in the Sub Divisions particularly Sunderbani, Nowshera, the illegal mining in local rivers has been going on unabated. “JCBs can be seen excavating minor minerals from the small nallah ward number 13 khasra number 2668 of Sunderbani town despite the fact that JCBs are not allowed digging the illegal mining as per Government order but yet violation has been going on under the nose of the Geology and Mining Department,” they said.
They further said that a few days ago additional district magistrate (ADM) Sunderbani organised meeting if any found illegal mining then we will take legal action against him.
