| Teachers Forum holds candle march as tribute to killed teachers | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Oct 8: A candle march under the Chairmanship of Ganesh Khajuria JKTF was held here in order to pay homage to the national martyrs while performing duty at Government Higher Secondary School, Sangam Srinagar. Hundreds of teachers participated in the candle march to show their solidarity with the bereaved family members. Addressing the gathering Khajuria condemned the inhumane and brutal killings of the innocent teachers who were performing the duties on the directions of the government in the interest of the nation. He said the teachers unite the society and the country by way of teaching irrespective of caste, colour and creed to maintain the communal harmony. He demanded capital punishment to the miscreants. |
