| GDC RS Pura conducts cleanliness drive | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 21: As a part of ongoing cleanliness campaign under Clean India Program, an initiative of Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in commutation of ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’, Single use plastic waste collection drive was organized by Department of Physical Education and Sports of Govt. Degree College R.S. Pura under the patronage of worthy Principal, Prof. Sunil Uppal and supervision of Kajal Premi (PTI).
The drive was carried out in the Panchayat of Kotli Shah Doala R.S. Pura. About 25 participated in the drive and collected single use plastic waste. The Principal of the college appreciated the efforts of the department and encouraged the students to participate in such events with same zeal and enthusiasm volunteers in future also. |
