Jammu, Oct 21: Election of newly constituted Board of Directors of Jammu Co-Operative House Bldg. society challenged by the Newly elected Director itself. In a representation made to Secretary Co-Operative Yasha Mudgal the Newly elected Director Vijay Sharma Rtd. DC wrote that no any notice of meeting was served to Newly declared elected Unopposed Directors of Society and Administrators of the society invited few Directors and constituted board of society without any prior intimation to all the Newly elected 7 Directos for which the election proceedings ordered by worthy RCS/Asstt.Commissioner/Returning officer.Sharma demanded that action of so called Newly constituted board be declared Null and Board and proper proceedings to constitute the board be intiated under proper notices and giving sufficient time for meeting. |
