Jammu, Nov 5: A Plantation Drive has been initiated by children of Dak Banglow, Maralia, Miran Sahib a day after Diwali celebrations. Children also forwarded the issue of pollution caused by crackers of diwali and other sources.
They pledged to keep their surrounding healthy and beautiful with green cover. Niharika, Aman, Gurmeet, Simran,Taranjot, Vasu, Tanu, pihu, Mandeep, Malkit, smile, Gillu and other children planted 15 sapling of Gauva, Mango, Litchi and Kinnow in the presence of Mahak, Savitri Devi, Suneeta jee, Malvika, Ruchika, Shreya and Sardar Sawarn Singh. The community of Dak Bangla has appreciated the initiative. |
