JAMMU, Nov 21: Camres David alias Babloo and Parshotam Mehra, who have been officially announced as State Coordinator and Vice Chairman of OBC Department, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) respectively, were felicitated by Churchill Brothers Football Club (CBFC) Jammu.
