| Farmers of Suchetgarh constituency felicitated by Congress | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 22: Mohan Choudhary, Congress leader from Suchetgarh organized a felicitation cum celebration programme at R.S. Pura to celebrate the repeal of three anti-farmers bills by the central government. Huge number of farmers and congress workers were present on the occasion.
Farmers of Suchetgarh constituency who went to Singhu border and contributed to the Sanyukt Kisaan Morcha’s fight against the anti farmers black bills were felicitated on the occasion. These include Girdhari Lal, S. Mool Singh, S. Partap Singh, S. Shamsher Singh, S. Randheer Singh, S. Bunty Singh and others.
Addressing the farmers and congress workers Choudhary appreciated all the farmers who went to Singhu border and contributed to the cause. He termed the repeal of the laws as victory of truth and non-violence over arrogance.
At the end of the function, a victory rally was taken out to celebrate the victory of farmers and sweets were also distributed to public. |
