| Kshatriya Sansad demands holiday on birth anniversary of Maharaja Hari Singh | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 23: Kshatriya Sansad convened a meeting to discuss about the issue of holiday on Maharaja Hari Singh birthday.
M S Katoch, President of Kshatriya Sansad said that the Maharaja tried his level best to give best possible facilities to the residents of J&K which the popular governments after 75 yrs of independence could not give, he not only protected the rights of the residents of J&K but also raised national issues while represented India during round table conference.
Katoch said the government should immediately accept the demand of Dogras and declare 23rd September the birthday of Maharaja as state holiday and also name Cluster University of Jammu as Shri Maharaja Hari Singh Ji University, Jammu. |
