| Jammu Railways inaugurates Wall of Kindness at Railway Station | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 23: Under the Childline Se Dosti Week today Child Help Desk (CHD) organized a programme “Wall of Kindness” at Railway Station Jammu. The programme was inaugurated by ADRM Baldev Raj as chief guest and DTM Mahesh Yadav was the guest of honour.
On this wall people can donate anything in kind for needy children/young/adult and they can take away anything from the wall as their need. As per the details available with Early Times, the pioneering notion of "Naiki ki Deewaar" was given by Yadav and implemented by the CHILD HELP DESK, CHILDLINE, Railway Station, Jammu.
Raj welcomed the noble initiative wholeheartedly taken up by the Railways & appreciated the activities done by CHD Railways Jammu and appealed the general public that all should donate generously for this noble cause. We must understand our social and moral responsibility and consequently protect the child rights, he said. |
