| Department of History Cluster University of Jammu celebrates word heritage week | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 23: Department of History, School of Social Sciences, Cluster University of Jammu celebrated word heritage week by organizing various activities. Two online activities of slogan writing and collage making on the theme “Cultural Heritage of Jammu and Kashmir” were conducted.
Two offline activities textile heritage of J&K and food heritage of J&K were also organized by the department. Thirty-eight students participated in the activities and exhibited their traditional dresses and displayed local food of different varieties of the regions of J&K. Each activity was unique emphasizing the value of the culture and heritage along with its focus on their preservation and conservation. Dr. Sindhu Kapoor congratulated the students on the eve of world heritage week. |
