JAMMU, Nov 27: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) organized one day free health checkup camp at Samba sub-station. The camp was organized as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations. CMO, Samba had deputed a team of doctors and pharmacists for this camp.
Free medicines were also distributed in the camp. Facility for Covid-19 vaccination was also available in the camp. Senior officers from POWERGRID, BDC Chairperson, DDC member, Sarpanch Rakh, BMO Samba were among the dignitaries present in the camp. A large number of local people benefitted from the health camp and got vaccinated. The beneficiaries and the local authorities thanked POWERGRID for organizing the camp.
