| Rope skipping workshop concludes at Carmel Convent School | | |  EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Dec 4: A two-day long rope skipping workshop organized by the Rope Skipping Association of Jammu & Kashmir (RSAJK) at Carmel Convent School, Kunjwani Jammu concluded today.
The workshop was organized exclusively for the students of Carmel Convent School under the patronship of Principal Sr Maria Swati AC. A total number of 50 students participated in the workshop with lot of zeal and sportsmanship under the guidance of Danish Sharma -Technical Director & National A Grade Referee, Rope Skipping Association of Jammu & Kashmir.
The main aim of the workshop was to provide maximum health benefits and create awareness regarding the sport among the students. Students developed outstanding skills and efficiency in the sport. It was an enriching experience for the students to witness such an advantageous workshop. It was due to the support and guidance of Principal Sr Maria Swati who on a very short notice agreed to schedule the event which turned out to be a huge success. A big appreciation and gratitude to the sports staff of the school including Asha Rani, Aashima Pathania and Rahul Bansh for their assistance in conducting the event smoothly. |
