Nami Dogri Sanstha holds "e-Multilingual Kavi Goshti"

JAMMU, Dec 4: Nami Dogri Sanstha (NDS) held "e-Multilingual Kavi Goshti" on its digital platform. Dr Adarsh Malhotra, an eminent educationist and poet presided over the literary meet. Capt Lalit Sharma IFS (Retd), Convener NDS, planned and supervised the event whereas Yash Pal Yash, General Secretary NDS, conducted the programme.
Poets who recited their poetry comprise Neelam Sharma, Sudershan Kumari "Darshi", Sunita Sharma, BS Jamwal, Dr Adarsh Malhotra, Kalpana Gupta "Rattan", Shambu Ram Pyasa and Arun Sharma Banathia.
Advocate Dogra Harish Kaila President NDS in his address impressed upon the Dogras to proudly speak Dogri in their households especially with their children.
Capt Lalit Sharma said that poetry is chiseled marble of language where words are used as paint for the humans as canvas and is spontaneous overflow of powerful feelings which create impact on the listeners and this was again proved in today's poetry.
Dr Adarsh Malhotra in his presidential address said that poetry in a precise and impactful medium to convey the message in a powerful way. He congratulated NDS for a successful poetry session.
Those who listened and appreciated included Prof Anupama Sharma Patron Youth Wing NDS, Aradhana Sharma, Bachan Bhagat, Rohit Choudhary, Nidhi Kaila Choudhary, Kulbhushan Singh Jamwal, Wing Commander Dr Deepak C Dogra, Group Captain Dupinder Singh, Dr Chanchal Sharma Organizing Secretary NDS and several others.
