| GDC R S Pura organizes inter-collegiate essay writing competition | | |

JAMMU, Dec 4: As a part of Clean India Program (Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav) Department of Botany in collaboration with NSS unit of Government Degree College, R. S. Pura organized an online inter-collegiate essay writing competition under the patronship of Principal of the college Prof. Sunil Uppal and supervision of Prof. Bindu Kumari, NSS Program Officer.
Number of students from various degree colleges participated with full zeal and enthusiasm and wrote worth reading and engrossing essays on the theme “Forgotten Heroes: Stories of Unsung Heroes of India’s Freedom”. Aastha Thakiyal of GDC R. S. Pura bagged first position, Kushi Jamwal of GDC Samba bagged second prize whereas the third prize was bagged by Gayatri Devi of GDC R. S. Pura. |
