JSS Jammu organizes interactive session with Editor ‘The Dispatch’

JAMMU, Dec 10: Thinking schools, learning nations’ is the paradigm at the heart of teaching and learning at Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu. Implementing a thinking curriculum depends on highly skilled, creative and flexible educators who are able to adapt their pedagogy to prepare students for the world beyond tomorrow.
That’s why initiatives are taken from time to time to lead the students in the new progressive directions by the School management. Pertaining to this, an interactive session has been organized with Zafar Choudhary, Editor- The Dispatch who is also the advisor with Journalism Club, Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu.
The budding journalist of the Journalism Club interacted with the advisor in a diligent manner.
The interaction led to clarification of many doubts and opened the horizon of children regarding the scope in the media industry.
Zafar Choudhary asserted that Journalism is all about scientific temperament & inquisitiveness. He also confabulated that the best possible minds in the world are the ones who bring facts to people. He enlightened students regarding detailed analysis about the components involved in news and newspaper.
The session relinquished on a note of conducting myriad of such sessions on a periodic basis for channelizing the energy of budding journalists.
The management of the school and Rohini Aima, Principal-cum-Vice-Chairperson, Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu conveyed her heart warming gratitude to Zafar Choudhary for his timely availability and immense guidance.
She also asserted that everyone is entitled to their opinion about the things they read or watch and journalism serves as a medium for the freedom of expression.
