Training programme organized by Civil Defence Jammu concludes | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 11: Five days training programme organized by the Civil Defence, Jammu under the guidance of Addl. Director General HG/CD &SDRF, J&K and close supervision of Dy. SP Anita Pawar, Deputy Controller Civil Defence, Jammu concluded at Government Medical College Jammu. In the training camp 250 security personnel from G. Active Security Service of GMC Jammu were given the basic knowledge of first aid & fire fighting, chocking, snake bites and life saving techniques. This training is considered to be very beneficial for the daily life of every human being. Deputy Controller Civil Defence said the main aim of the training programme to facilitate the security members with regards to importance of first aid, rescue and disaster management. She urged the participants to join the Civil Defence to serve the society. She also thanked the staff members of G Active Security for successfully completion of the training course. Paramjit Kumar Chief Warden Civil Defence Jammu in his speech also highlighted the setup of the organization especially the role of wardens in Civil Defence organization. Sayed Nisar Ahmed Shah in-charge Security Officer G. Active Security Service thanked the Civil Defence officers/staff for imparting such training which was successfully concluded today. |
