JAMMU, Dec 11: J&K BJP paid rich tributes to CDS General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat and 11 other army personnel Lieutenant Colonel Harjinder Singh, Brigadier L S Lidder, Wing Commander P S Chauhan, Squadron Leader Kuldeep Singh, JWO Pradeep Arakkal, Junior Warrant Officer Rana Pratap Das, Havildar Satpal, Lance Naik Vivek Kumar, Lance Naik Sai Teja, Naik Jitender Kumar and Naik Gursewak Singh in a Shradhanjali program at BJP headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina, former BJP President & Dy. CM Dr. Nirmal Singh, former Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta, General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Koul,
Vice-Presidents Sham Sharma, Shakti Parihar & Anuradha Charak, former MP & former President Shamsher Singh Manhas, former President Ashok Khajuria, former President Sat Sharma, General Secretaries Adv. Vibodh Gupta & Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, BJP NEM & Headquarter Incharge Priya Sethi, Secretaries Arvind Gupta & Rekha Mahajan, Chief Spokesperson Adv. Sunil Sethi, Narinder Singh Bunty and others were amongst the prominent present on the occasion.
Ravinder Raina while giving warm tributes to CDS Bipin Rawat said that the Nation will always remain indebted to him for his services. He said that the untimely loss of General Rawat has caused an irreparable loss to the Nation and the three forces as he was surely a pioneer in pushing wide ranging of reforms to bring synergy between the three wings of Armed forces. He was a hardcore Nationalist by heart and died like no ordinary man, he said.
Speakers paying tributes to the National heroes emphasized on the strong leadership qualities and revolutionary thinking of CDS Bipin Rawat. They said that the CDS always instead on the modernization of Indian Army. They said that the Son of India may never return but it should be our collective duty to keep flame of his memory alive in our hearts which will be a befitting tribute to him. They said that a soldier never dies, only hangs his boots and as such the mission goes on and on.
Priya Sethi earlier delivered the introductory speech. All those present kept 2 minutes silence to pray to Almighty for the Moksha to the departed souls.

Ex-Servicemen Cell Convenor Col. Gurbaksh Singh Gill Conducted the proceedings of Shradhanjali program and provided the details about the life of CDS Bipin Rawat, his wife and other Army personnel who lost their precious lives in the tragic helicopter crash.
