DODA, Dec 23: As part of Republic Day celebrations 2022, Nehru Yuva Kendra Doda, Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt of India organized District Level Declamation contest on the theme "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas" in DECC Doda. Vice Chairperson DDC Doda, Sangeeta Bhagat attended as chief guest. DYO NYK Doda Khushal Gupta motivated youth from each block to work for people and disseminate the message for equitable growth and opt for self employment. Over 50 youth from various blocks participated in this event. Toppers from various blocks were invited by NYK and every participant was given 8 -10 min to speak on " Patriotism & Nation Building". The contest was held at the Conference hall of DECC. Further, AD Employment spread awareness on Good Governance intiatives, by UT administration in bringing transparency, accountability and user friendly public services delivery mechanism for the welfare of general public, were highlighted. Ifra Batool bagged trophy for coming first. DDC Vice chairperson congratulated the participants and lauded the efforts of NYK and Employment Department for conducting such programme. Among the participants present during the programme were AD employment, various lecturers, National Youth volunteers, TOT of NYKs, officials of Employment Deptt, NYK members besides other officers of various departments were also present. |
