| Aganwadi workers demand Rs 18000 per month | | |  Early Times Report
JAMMU, Dec 23: Anganwadi Workers Welfare Association held big demonstration in support of long pending demands of Anganwadi workers and helpers The association demand that aganwadi workers be given Rs. 18,000 and alleged that Jammu & Kashmir is only place in the country that is paying Rs. 600 state share per month.
The protesters said that Anganwadi workers are working as corona warriors and conducting house to house survey and number of other duties. It demanded that extra incentive allowances to be paid for performing different number of world\. Retirement benefits social security scheme to be framed for Anganwadi workers and helpers in the state those who attain superannuation age. |
