| GDC Bishnah carries out cleanliness drive | | |

JAMMU, Dec 23: The NSS unit of GDC Bishnah in collaboration of Municipal Committee Bishnah carried out a cleanliness drive in the college campus. The NSS volunteers along with the workers of MC Bishnah cleaned the campus and picked up the plastic waste thrown in the ground. The waste collected by the NSS volunteers was disposed off by the waste lifter of MC Bishnah. The volunteers also started digging a compost pit for converting the wet waste generated in the college into compost. Dr Anuradha Pandoh, Principal of the College appreciated the zeal and vigour of the NSS volunteers in keeping the surroundings neat and clean.
