| Madan Lal Sharma remembered on 1st death anniversary | | |

JAMMU, Dec 23: Tributes were paid to Madan Lal Sharma on his 1st death anniversary during various functions held across Jammu & Kashmir. A function was held at Khour where hundreds of people assembled to pay their tributes to former MLA & former MP from Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha.
People appreciated the works which were done by Sharma during his tenure like development of degree colleges, health centers, schools, community halls, roads, construction of various bridges especially new bridge at Chenab River in Akhnoor which gave 24 hours connectivity for Jammu to Akhnoor & Khour block. The meeting was also attended by Satish Sharma, Chairman Madan Lal Sharma Charitable Trust.
In the meeting people also discussed the various problems being faced by people of Chammb area and asked Satish to raise those issues to resolve the problems of the people. Satish while addressing the gathering assured to work tirelessly for the welfare of the people.
