JAMMU, Dec 23: In order to provide a unique platform to encourage young leaders to showcase their expression in writing on various subjects related to nation building, students of Delhi Public School (DPS) Jammu participated in an essay writing competition organized by Tata Building India held on 7th December, 2021 in the online mode under the guidance of Anuradha Wadhera, Rupali Sharma, Anchal Gupta and Tanzeel, teachers incharge of the activity. Total 185 students from classes VI to IX & IX took part enthusiastically and displayed their writing skills on the theme “5 suggestions to make online classes more interesting and available to children across the country.” The winners included in Senior Category, Mayra (IX-I) & Akanksha (XI-G)-1st position, Tanisha Katyal (XI-G)-2nd position and Parikansh (IX-B) & Drishti Raina (XI-D)-3rd position. In Junior Category, Radhika Gupta (VIII-G)-1st position, Lisan (VII-L)-2nd position and Pavni Gupta (VIII-C)-3rd position. Principal, DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners and appreciated their efforts. She urged the student to never stop learning and help build a Great India simultaneously. Headmistress, Meenu Gupta also lauded the efforts of the students. President, RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh, PVC, Kunwrani Ritu Singh and Director, S.S Sodhi extended their best wishes to the winners and participants for their future endeavours.
