JAMMU, Dec 23: Roller skating teams of J&K shined in the 59th national championship held at Mohali and Delhi. The event was organized by Roller Skating Federation of India. Medal winners of the championship are Puneesh Puri,Tamana Sain, Udhay Narayan Sharma, Rajveer Singh, Samarjyot Singh.
In addition to individual medals cadet boys under 11senior men quad hockey, masters men quad hockey, senior men inline hockey also won the medals. Secretary Sports Council Nuzhat Gul congratulated the players, coaches and members of the respective associations for superb show in the championship.
She also retorted the government's stand for providing best facilities in terms of skill honing and laying of infrastructure across J&K. |
