Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 4: The delegation of Bharatiya Janata Party unit of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday met the Delimitation Commission to discuss the people's issues. The BJP delegation urged the Commission for the redressal of Ghagwal, Rajpura, Samba, Gurha Salathia, Maralia, Suchetgarh, Pargwal, Chamb, Mera-Mandrian, Chowki-Chowra, Sunderbani, Doongi and Poonch constituencies. The delegation was led by J&K BJP President, Ravinder Raina, who was also accompanied by former Deputy Chief Minister of J&K Kavinder Gupta and BJP General Secretary and former Minister Sunil Sharma. While the delegation commended the efforts of the commission in framing the draft, it also urged the commission to settle down all the issues raised by the people. The delegation led by Ravinder Raina said that various issues raised by the general masses as well as the party activists were discussed in details and the same has been submitted to the Delimitation commission. He also said that this Delimitation will surely provide justice to those marginalized sections and regions who were deliberately denied justice over the decades under previous governments |
