| 2 die in separate accidents in Kashmir | | |

SRINAGAR, May 2: Two persons died and another injured in separate incidents in Kashmir valley on Monday, sources said.
They said a man died after falling out of a moving Sumo vehicle which was on its way to Beerwah in Central Kashmir's Budgam district.
The deceased has been identified as Ghulam Nabi Shah, a resident of Pati Sail Kanigund. He was shifted to the hospital in an unconscious state where doctors declared him dead.
A person was killed on the spot and another injured after their tractor rolled down in Hatmulla area of north Kashmir's Kupwara district.
The deceased person has been identified as 50-year-old Mamdin Jinder, a resident of Wogbal Kupwara and injured tractor driver Bahudin Shah of Karihama Kupwara.
The injured person was removed to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Kupwara for treatment, they said. |
