Jammu, 7 May: Dr Koshal Sharma, SSP Traffic City Jammu, holds an interactive session at District Police Lines (DPL) Jammu with all the officer's of traffic police city Jammu to review the detailed functioning of traffic police city Jammu. The session was attended by Raj Pal Singh Addl SP traffic city Jammu, Sh Neeraj Paddyar DySP (T) city rural, Sh Bikram Kumar DySP (T) city south, Ms Nishad Farhat DySP(T) city north, All DTI's/SO's of traffic police city Jammu and Ravinder Singh DySP MTO, Inspr Khushwant Singh I/c Legal section, Inspr Vimla Raina, SI Santosh Kumar OSI, SI Mohan Singh of TPO, SI Mohinder Singh & Sadhu Ram of Statical Data Branch (SDB) and MHC Bhushan Lal of Traffic Police City Jammu. SSP Traffic stressed upon the officers to take all necessary measures to remove the wrongly parked vehicles around the bus stand, Hari Market, Shalamar, etc. and further added no violators especially without helmets, seat belt, DL, rash driving, overloading, overcharging should be spared. "Ahead of tourists season all Officers must ensures no traffic jamming shall be made in the city," Said Rajpal Singh, ASP traffic city Jammu. During the meeting, thread bare discussion was held on general traffic functioning, backlog verifications and their disposal, day to day challans work etc. According to the officials the participants apprised the SSP about the various issues and problems which shall become the points of amelioration to ensure better traffic regulations and management in coming weeks. Officials said that the meeting ended with a word of appreciation and encouragement for all participants and a resolve to use technology, education and enforcement in traffic police widely On last SSP traffic advised the officers to work with utmost honesty and dedication. |
