| MoS KP Gurjar visiting Samba for two day public outreach program | | |

SAMBA, May 22: The Union Minister of State for Power and Heavy Industries, Krishan Pal Gurjar is coming to Samba for a two day visit during which he would hold public outreach programmes.
The visit of the union Minister forms the part of the central Government’s Public Outreach Proragmme under which several central ministers visited the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir last year, including the border district Samba.
The Minister of State would have direct interactions with the people, administration and representatives of the Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) among others to address the issues faced by them.
The Minister would also review the development scenario of the district and ongoing developmental activities at the Panchayat level. The outreach programme will last for two days and a report on the public grievances would be forwarded to the ministry of Home affairs (MHA) and Prime Minister's office ( PMO). |
